    • 본 발명은 하천에 일정 저수량이 유지되며 물고기와 수초가 서식가능하며 오염물질의 자정 능력을 갖는 담수천저수부를 형성할 수 있도록 하며, 하천수에 의한 상시발전과 우수기에 급격하게 유입되는 우수를 완충저수할 수 있도록 하고, 담수천저수부의 수위상승시 제방하부 유실을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 하천에 있어서, 하천에 일정 간격으로 차수벽을 형성하여 일정 수위를 갖는 담수천저수부를 등 간격으로 형성하고, 상기 담수천저수부에 겹석조를 구비하여 담수천저수부가 구비된 생태 하천을 형성하고, 하천에 500~10,000m 간격으로 어도를 갖는 발전보부를 구비하여 발전저수부를 형성한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 하천에 일정 간격으로 담수천저수부를 형성함으로써 하천에 일정 수위의 담수천저수부를 형성하여 물고기와 수초가 상시 서식하게 되고, 유기물을 흡수하여 오염물질을 자정 정화하는 친환경적인 하천이 형성되는 것이다.
