    • PURPOSE: Provided is a bottom up electrospinning device which effectively prevents the droplet phenomenon, and mass-produces high quality nanofibers. CONSTITUTION: The bottom up electrospinning device comprises a spinning solution tank(1), a metering pump(2), a nozzle block(4), a collector(5) for collecting the fibers spun from the nozzle block, and a voltage generator(6) for applying voltage to the nozzle block and the collector. The nozzle block has nozzles(4a), and the outlet of the respective nozzles faces upward. The collector is placed over the nozzle block, and a spinning solution dropping unit(3) is provided between the spinning solution tank and the nozzle block.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of continuous filament comprised of nano-fiber is provided. The continuous filament having excellent physical properties is useful for artificial leather, a filter for air-cleaning, wiping cloth, golf gloves, a wig, a filter for artificial dialyzing, artificial blood vessel, a conglutination inhibitor and an artificial bone. CONSTITUTION: Continuous filament comprised of nano-fiber is obtained by the steps of: spinning a polymer spinning solution of a main tank(20) through a nozzle(2) having high voltage to water or an organic solvent(4a) of a collector(4) installed an electric conductor(5) to manufacture the nano-fiber; pulling the nano-fiber from 1cm distance from one end of a falling point of the fiber to a rotary roller(6) rotating at regular linear velocity; and then pressing, drawing, drying and winding the filament.

    • PURPOSE: A nano fiber non-woven fabric is characterized by having a structure like lotus leaves or taro leaves. A manufacturing method thereof is characterized by increasing vapor permeability, waterproof and filtering property. The fabric is useful for fabric having vapor permeability and waterproof, artificial leather and a high efficiency filter. CONSTITUTION: The nano fiber non-woven fabric contains thermoplastic beads having under 10μm of diameter on spot type. The non-woven fabric is obtained by the steps of: electric-spinning a polyester spinning solution through nozzles(3) on a collector(4) to manufacture polyester nano fiber non-woven fabric having 500nm or less of diameter; preparing polyurethane or polymethyl methacrylate nano fiber non-woven fabric formed with the beads; and then laminating the polyurethane or polymethyl methacrylate nano fiber non-woven fabric on the polyester nano fiber non-woven fabric.
