    • PURPOSE: An upper thread supply device of a quilting machine is provided to easily and rapidly supply upper threads discharged from each bobbin to a tension adjusting part, and to improve productivity for goods produced by the device. CONSTITUTION: An upper thread supply device of a quilting machine comprises the following: a support frame(20) on which a plurality of bobbins(30) are settled; a needle(12) in which a drawn upper thread is inserted by forming a guide pipe(40); and a support frame with a connection plate(24) formed on the top of a support plate(22). The bobbin is settled on the top of the support plate. One end of the guide pipe is connected to the connection board.

    • A bobbin case installation structure of a two needle quilting machine is provided to reduce the parts cost and the assembly process cost by simplifying a bobbin installation structure, and to lower the machine failure rate by raising the design degree of freedom. Two lines of bobbins are installed at the front and the rear through the bobbin base(2). The lateral axis of the bobbin shaft is meshed with a bevel gear and constituted to transmit the power. The bobbin base forms the connection parts(4,6) in a line for having the operation room, and connects the front and the rear bobbins at the front and the rear connection parts. Each of bobbin shafts of the front and the rear bobbins is connected with the lateral axis installed in the operation room through the bevel gear. Plural coupling holes(4a,6a) are formed by penetration at same intervals at the front and the rear connection parts. The fixing grooves(4b,6b) are formed by insertion for having the same interval of the coupling holes at the upper part of the front and the rear connection parts.

A pair of secondary(26) pliers is operated by an air cylinder(24) equipped on a front side of the pliers moved to the horizontal direction. A timing belt(32) is rotated by an index motor(36). The timing belt passes a pliers part included in the secondary pliers.
