摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of a herbal tea consisting of herbal galenical materials for relieving fatigue. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the herbal tea comprises a step of washing and slicing a composition consisting of the galenical materials of Ssanghwa tea according to Korean Meditation Guide Book or the galenical materials of Sipjeondaebotang that ginseng, Poria Cocos WOLF and Atractylodes macrocephala KODIZ are further added to the galenical materials of Ssanghwa tea; a step of steaming the galenical materials under the pressure of 0.5 kg/cm¬2 at the temperature of 120 deg.C for 30 minutes to 2 hours; a step of drying the steamed galenical materials to a moisture content of 20 to 40%; a step of parching the dried galenical materials at the temperature of 80 to 90 deg.C for 5 to 20 minutes; and a step of grinding the parched galenical materials to the mean particle size of 0.1 to 1 mm and drying it to a moisture content of less than 10%.
