A concrete reinforcing bar combination tool(30) produces the concrete reinforcing bar process information by selecting the standard concrete reinforcing bar information causing the minimum loss from the process slip and combining the processed concrete reinforcing bar information after checking the standard concrete reinforcing bar information registered to the database(10).
