    • PURPOSE: An inorganic additive for a front electrode for a silicon solar cell is provided to provide low serial resistance and a wide process window when being applied to a front electrode-forming composition, thereby improving the efficiency of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic additive is manufactured by spraying and drying the wet type mixed pulverized material of an organic powder and a sintering inhibitor. A manufacturing method of the inorganic additive for forming a front electrode for silicon solar cell comprises a step of manufacturing slurry including a mixed powder of the organic powder and the sintering inhibitor by mixing and pulverizing the glass powder including PbO, SiO2, and Al2O3 and the sintering inhibitor selected from ZnO, TiO2, ZrO2, and a mixture thereof; and a step of spraying and drying the slurry.
