    • PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing noodles using bamboo shoot, natural edible fiber. Therefore, provided noodles prevent constipation and fatty liver, and remove hangover. CONSTITUTION: Bamboo shoot contains choline and betaine which prevent fatty liver and remove hangover. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: selecting bamboo shoots of less than 30-40cm then followed by washing and cutting them; boiling cut bamboo shoots at 100 deg.C then pulverizing edible fiber into a size of 100-150 mesh; and adding pulverized edible fiber to noodles, wherein the edible fiber is manufactured into lyophilized powder.

    • PURPOSE: A functional package box using activated carbon and a manufacturing method therefor are provided to lengthen the effective period of food stuff by preventing the deterioration of the quality of the food stuff caused by ethylene gas. CONSTITUTION: A space formed between a corrugated core(2) and liners(1,3) is filled with the powder of activated carbon(10) to form a corrugated board. One of liners(1,3) to form the inner wall of the box, has fine holes(3a) to prevent the powder of the activated carbon from passing through the fine holes and allow only gas or moisture to pass through the holes. A method comprises a first step of attaching the corrugated core onto the upper surface of the first liner to make the corrugate board; a second step of filling the space formed between the corrugated core and the liners with the powder of the activated carbon; a third step of passing the corrugated board through a vibrating roller to allow the powder of the activated carbon to be uniformly distributed through the space; a fourth step of attaching the second liner with the fine holes onto the corrugated board filled with the activated carbon powder; and a fifth step of manufacturing a box using the corrugated board.

    • PURPOSE: Sap soy sauce and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent geriatric diseases by containing abundant minerals and increasing soybean protein decomposition caused by promoting the growth of microbes. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: adding and dissolving sap with 20-30wt.% of salt; preparing soy sauce dipping water after stationarily leaving for 2-5hours; adding 5-6 liters of the soy sauce dipping water to 10kg of improved fermented soybeans for fermenting at room temperature for over 30days; and removing soy sauce fungi and fermenting again. The sap is collected from edible plants such as Acer okamotoanum, maple, white birch, bamboo or/and Actinidia arguta Planchon.
