    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing immunotolerance dendritic cells is provided to obtain dendritic cells with myocarditis-specific immunotolerance, to suppress inflammation of myocarditis, and to effectively treat myocarditis. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing immunotolerance dendritic cells for treating myocarditis comprises a step of culturing immature dendritic cells in a medium containing TNF-alpha and a protein extract of mouse heart infected by Coxsackie virus. The protein extract is prepared by homogenizing mouse heart infected by Coxsackie virus and centrifuging. The immature dendritic cells are prepared by culturing a dendritic cell precursor in a medium containing GM-CSF(Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor) and IL-4. The immunotolerance dendritic cells has high expression level of CD86 and CD40 compared with immature cells.
