    • PURPOSE: To heighten a lock strength with respect to a sheet frame or the like of each metallic lock clip and to obtain an excellent durability by holding a plurality of metallic lock clips between at least the both end parts of a three- dimensional net and rein frames and integrally joining them by means of vibration welding. CONSTITUTION: A cushion member C having the three-dimensional net 8 to be used as a seat or a seat back for a wheelchair is provided with the three- dimensional net 8 and the metallic lock clips 10 for fixing the net 8 to a vehicle body frame. The end part of the net 8 is crushed by vibration welding over its whole periphery. Then one end parts of the lock clips 10 are held between the both end parts and the resin frames 12 at prescribed interval the clips 10 and the frames 12 are integrally joined to the net 8 by executing vibration welding again. A thermo-plastic resin such as polybutylene phthalate, for example, is used for the resin frame 12.

    • PURPOSE: A vibration damping structure for an ambulance is provided to prevent a patient from feeling unpleasant when rapidly stopping an ambulance or reducing speed. CONSTITUTION: A lower frame(72) is placed on a specific position by coil springs(114,116), permanent magnets(110,112,118,120) and a buffer(144) as a patient is carried on a vibration damping structure. The lower frame shakes the head part of itself around the rotational center against the pressurizing force of the coil spring(116) or the repulsive force of the permanent magnets(110,118) if acceleration is inputted by a sudden brake. A lever(78) has upper and lower ends connected to a slider(76) and the lower frame respectively to lift up the head part of the lower frame. The front element of the acceleration caused by the sudden brake is reduced by the rear element of the gravity acceleration while the rest elements not reduced by the rear element of the gravity acceleration is reduced by the force of the coil springs(114,116), the repulsive force of the permanent magnets(110,118) and the damping force through the electromagnetic induction between permanent magnets(126,128) and a conductor(130).
