摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for heating a ring member with improved work efficiency and an apparatus for heating a ring member with simplified apparatus configuration.SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for heating a ring member includes: a work holder 3 which supports and holds the ring member 2 from both sides so that the ring member 2 is generally perpendicular; two annular heating coils 4 arranged opposite to the sides of the ring member 2; and a ring member-rotating means 5. While rotating the ring member 2 in a standing state, the apparatus 1 simultaneously heats both sides. The ring member-rotating means 5 rotates the work holder 3 provided in contact with the outer periphery of the ring member.
