摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate enabling an automatic gridding to surround spots with a circle, capable of collecting fluorescent data automatically without troubling a person from a biomolecule microarray, for example, a DNA microarray, and enabling digital analysis. SOLUTION: This substrate for the biomolecule microarray has a plurality of spots for immobilizing biomolecule probes on the substrate surface. The spot for immobilizing the biomolecule probe has a light reflection layer spot between itself and the substrate surface. This manufacturing method of the substrate for the biomolecule microarray is also provided. The biomolecule microarray has a plurality of biomolecule probe immobilized spots formed by immobilizing the biomolecule probes on the spots for immobilizing the biomolecule probes held by the substrate for the biomolecule microarray.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection method for DNA micro array capable of collecting automatically fluorescent data from the DNA micro array without troubling a person. SOLUTION: This invention provides the method for collecting data on bio-molecule micro array. A fluorescence-labeled target bio-molecule is interacted with the bio-molecule micro array having a plurality of bio-molecule probe immobilized spots on a light reflecting layer spot on a substrate surface, in the method. The obtained bio-molecule micro array is irradiated with an excitation ray, reflected light and fluorescence from the bio-molecule micro array are measured concurrently, the bio-molecule probe immobilized spots having the light reflecting layer spot is specified based on a difference in intensity of the reflected light on the bio-molecule micro array, and the fluorescent data from a specified spot range is provided. Alternatively, the obtained bio-molecule micro array is irradiated with light, the reflected light from the bio-molecule micro array is measured, the bio-molecule probe immobilized spots having the light reflecting layer spot is specified based on a difference in intensity of the reflected light on the bio-molecule micro array, only a specified bio-molecule probe immobilized spot range is irradiated with an excitation light to measure the fluorescence, and the fluorescent data from the specified spot range are obtained thereby.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of rapidly forming an interaction between bio-molecules without requiring many samples or much time and manpower and capable of detecting the interaction between the bio-molecules on a real time basis. SOLUTION: This interaction testing device of the bio-molecules comprises a bio-molecule micro array 1 where bio-molecules are fixed onto a substrate, and a transparent electrode 2 disposed so as to be faced to the surface to which the bio-molecules of the micro array are fixed. The device has a non-conductive spacer 3 between the micro array 1 and a counter electrode 2, and a cavity 4 is formed of the micro array 1, the spacer 3, and the counter electrode 2. The micro array 1 has a conductive material surface 6 in at least a part of the bio-molecule fixed surface, and two through holes 5 leading to the cavity 4.
