摘要：膜エレメントの枚数に関わらず、膜エレメントの上方に枠体で囲まれた空間部分を容易に設けることができる膜エレメントおよび膜ユニットを提供する。そのため、板状の支持板の両面に分離膜が配された膜エレメントであって、隣接する膜エレメントの膜面間を所定間隔とするためのスペーサー部が膜エレメントの両側部に設けられ、該スペーサー部は、通しボルト挿通用の孔を有し、かつ、支持板の上端部の上方に延設されている膜エレメント複数枚を、スペーサー部が互いに当接するように配列し、配列された膜エレメントの両最外部には封止パネルを配置して、スペーサー部と封止パネルとにより分離膜上方の空間を囲む枠体を形成する膜ユニットとする。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the membrane element of a membrane separation apparatus for treating sewage, wherein the membrane element is liable to cause vibration as it is subjected to aeration in a treatment tank, stress concentration is caused by the vibration, causing cracks in particular at the liquid collection part of a support, to cause defect in durability. SOLUTION: The membrane element 10 includes a separation membrane 41 and the support 31 supporting the membrane element and having a nozzle hole 33 leading out filtrate. The support 31 includes the liquid collection part 34 penetrating through in the front/rear direction, the liquid collection part 34 includes a roughly T-shape with round ends of respective sides, and is communicated with the nozzle hole 33 at the upper plane of a horizontal side H of the roughly T-shape.
