    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic solid electrolyte battery having large output current, excellent in battery characteristics, and suitable for reducing size and thickness by using a simple process, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The inorganic solid electrolyte battery is composed of: a cathode 1 provided with a plurality of cathode current collector layers 5, a cathode terminal 8 connected to end face of respective cathode current collector layers 5, and a sintered cathode activator layer 4 covering an end face excluding the end face to which the cathode terminal 8 of the cathode current collector layer 5 is connected and both faces; an anode 2 provided with a plurality of anode current collector layers 7, an anode terminal 9 connected to end face of respective anode current collector layers 7, and a sintered anode activator layer 6 covering an end face excluding the end face to which the anode terminal 9 of the anode current collector layer 7 is connected, arranged so as to mutually engage with the cathode 1; and a sintered inorganic solid electrolyte 3 interposed between the cathode activator layer 4 and the anode activator layer 6.
