An insulation nozzle 4 forming a space communicating with the puffer chamber 9 is provided, and an exhaust tube 2 for exhausting and cooling hot gas, discharged from an arc generated in the insulation nozzle 4, is provided on the outer periphery of the other arc contact 3. A structure 11 for temporarily squeezing a flow area is provided on the inner peripheral surface in front of the terminal of the exhaust tube 2.

A restriction part 5d accepting a stopper 23 provided to the toothless part 1a to restrict the oscillation is provided to the other end of the synchronization claw 5.
