A groove-shaped member with an U-shaped cross section is fixed in the groove of the body part. The long magnet compact is fixed in the groove of the groove-shaped member. The groove-shaped member is pressed and fixed in the groove of the body part. The groove of the body part is formed so that a width of the bottom surface is larger than that of the opening, and the groove-shaped member is formed so that a width of the floor part in the groove-shaped member is larger than that of the opening thereof when the groove-shaped member is pressed into the groove of the body part.
