SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery circulation passage 7, a heat using recirculation passage 8, a hot water supply passage 9 are connected by a heat recovery-using first short passage 35, a heat recovery-heat using second short passage 17, a water supply short passage 18, and a high temperature hot water short passage 19. An on/off-valve 34 is provided in the high temperature hot water short passage 19. An opening c of a three-way valve 28 is in an end of the water supply short passage 18. The heat recovery-heat using second short passage 17 is connected to the opening c of the three-way valve 26. Even though a valve does not exist in the heat recovery-heat using first short passage 35, there is no circulation of hot and cold water y pressure balance. By this, a storage formed by storing hot and cold water in a storage tank 10, a hot water supply mode of carrying out hot water supply by only hot water in the tank, and a heating reheating mode can be carried out at the same time.
