    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a crimp terminal from being displaced relative to an insulated coating of an electric wire and also from coming off from the insulated coating by improving fixing strength of the crimp terminal to the insulated coating while avoiding damaging the insulated coating in a terminal-equipped wire.SOLUTION: A terminal-equipped wire 1 includes: an electric wire 9; a crimp terminal 10 crimped to an end portion of the electric wire 9; and an adhesive 5 that is formed on an inside surface of a coated crimp portion 20 of the crimp terminal 10 and adheres the coated crimp portion 20 and an insulated coating. The adhesive 5 is a thermoplastic adhesive and is formed to be protruded from an area in the insulated coating to which the coated crimp portion 20 is crimped. It is preferable that the terminal-equipped wire 1 includes a transparent protection tube that covers from the outside of the crimp terminal 10 a protection area ranging from a part closer to the center than a part to which the coated crimp portion 20 is crimped in the end portion of the electric wire to a tip end of a core wire to which a core wire crimp portion 40 is crimped.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering system capable of allowing a driver to perform the steering operation even in an emergency in which the control to perform the steering drive following the operation of a steering member becomes impossible.
      SOLUTION: A steering control unit 26 prepares the steering signal based on the operational state of a steering member, and outputs it to a steering control unit 36. The steering control unit 36 has an emergency control mode to be switched in an emergency by an emergency control device 40 in addition to a normal control mode to control the drive of a steering motor 34 based on the steering signal. An emergency steering control unit 46 of the device 40 prepares the emergency operational signal based on the recognition content of the sound input through a microphone 50, and inputs it in the steering control unit 36. The control mode of the unit 36 is switched to the emergency control mode to perform the emergency control based on the emergency operational signal.
