The dust collection case 2 has an outer cylinder 6. The outer cylinder 6 has an inlet 6b in a bottom face 6a and an introducing tube communicating with the inlet 6b, and is substantially cylindrical shape having an outlet in an upper part. The outer cylinder 6 has an inner cylinder inside. A plurality of through-holes are formed in an inner cylinder side face so as to communicate with a flow passage formed inside the inner cylinder. The flow passage communicates with an electric blower 28. Air flowing from the inlet 6b communicates with the outlet in the upper part of the outer cylinder 6 and with the flow passage of the inner cylinder. The inlet 6b is arranged so that the center of the inlet 6b and the center of the bottom face 6a of the outer cylinder 6 are different.
