The plate portion is sandwiched between the lower side plate portion and the upper side plate portion, and the peripheral wall portion is sandwiched between the lower side peripheral wall portion and the upper side peripheral wall portion. The whole outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion is covered by the upper side peripheral wall portion. Moreover, the lower end of the upper side peripheral wall portion and the fixed portion is set apart to the extent that they do not contact even when the elastic body is compressed maximally.
