    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resistant slit filler which is excellent in cost efficiency, fire resistance, and filled in a gap between a beam portion or a column portion and a wall portion of a concrete building to structural-mechanically separate building component parts from each other.
      SOLUTION: The earthquake-resistant slit filler 1 is formed of a plate-like phenol resin foam body, and filled in the gap in the vicinity of a boundary between the column portion 2 and the wall portion 3 as the vertical slit filler. The earthquake-resistant slit filler 1 has support members 4, 4 fitted on both side ends thereof, and caulking members 6, 6 each filled on a rear side of the support member 4, i.e. on a wall side, via backup members 5, 5. The phenol resin foam body has suitable elasticity and high heat insulation performance imparted thereto, and it does not melt or shrink even if exposed to high temperatures.
