摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent and a stent graft facilitating insertion work into a sheath or the like by appropriately deflecting a wire rod and easily adjusting the length at an operation site. SOLUTION: The wire rod 210 is made to advance while bending to the left/right along the circumferential direction, when there is a crossing portion 230, forms a weave and runs the circle, at least, twice to form a circumferential unit 221. After forming the single circumferential unit, the wire rod 210 is axially moved to form a circumferential unit 222 in a position adjacent to the previously formed circumferential unit in the same way as before, and the wire rods are entangled with each other in folds of the adjoining circumferential units to form an assembled part 240. 摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a new compound useful as both a polymeric material capable of suppressing blood coagulation in contact surfaces with blood and a vinyl monomer for forming the polymeric material. CONSTITUTION: A compound of formula I [R is H or methyl; R is O or NH; W is OH, a halogen, a 1-10C alkoxy, an aryloxy, N(R )(R ), etc.; R and R are each H, a lower alkyl, an aryl, OH, etc.], e.g. 2-acetyl-4- methacryloyloxysalicylic acid. The compound of formula I is obtained by reacting an acrylic or a methacrylic acid derivative of formula II (X is a halogen, an alkoxy, an aryloxy, etc.) with an acetylsalicylic acid derivative of formula III (Y is OH or NH2 ), preferably in the presence of a polymerization inhibitor (e.g. butylhydroxytoluene) in a solvent (e.g. THF) at ambient temperature to 150 deg.C.

Then, the terminating end of the loop 312 of the second round of the mesh pattern 321 of the second column is advanced along the loop 212 of the second round of the mesh pattern 221 of the first column and a second straight line part 431 is formed at the bend part at a position shifted by a half pitch to the first straight line part 331. By the repetition of the mesh pattern, the stent 200A composed of the mesh patterns of a plurality of columns is formed. At the time of reducing the diameter of the stent 200A, since expansion in the length direction is suppressed by the respective straight line parts 331-731, lengths at the time of reducing the diameter and at the time of the expansion become almost the same.
