    • 本発明は一種の注射用パウダーを自動的に混合する機械に関する。 前記機械は注射器本体、溶媒瓶、注射針、第1のプレス機構、それに第2のプレス機構を備え、注射器本体は溶質瓶を備え、前記溶質瓶の瓶口は前記溶媒瓶の瓶口と対応し、溶媒瓶を制御して溶質瓶の方へスライドさせるために、前記第1のプレス機構が溶媒瓶の上に設置され、前記第2のプレス機構は注射針とスリーブ接続し、前記溶媒瓶の瓶口と前記溶質瓶の瓶口の間に位置し、その中には第1のプレススリーブと第2のプレススリーブがあり、溶媒瓶をプレスすることによって、前記第1のプレススリーブを第2のプレススリーブとともにまず溶質瓶の方へスライドさせ、前記注射針の第1端を固定して溶質瓶内へ貫通させてから、前記溶媒瓶によって前記注射針を前記溶質瓶に対して回転させて、最後に第2のプレススリーブを第1のプレススリーブに対してスライドさせ、前記注射針の第2端を前記溶媒瓶内へ貫通させる。 本発明の注射用パウダーを自動的に混合する機械は、便利、迅速、安全に使用でき、かつ、構造が簡単で、製造及び組み込みを便利、迅速、低コストに行える。

    • A powder automatic mixing apparatus includes a syringe body, a solvent bottle (3), a needle (6), a first propulsion mechanism (7) and a second propulsion mechanism (5). The syringe body has a solute bottle (1) whose bottleneck is just opposite to the bottleneck of the solvent bottle (3). The first propulsion mechanism (7) is provided upon the solvent bottle (3), for driving the solvent bottle (3) slide to the solute bottle (1). The second propulsion mechanism (5) covers on the needle (6) and is located between the bottleneck of the solvent bottle (3) and the bottleneck of the solute bottle (1), including a first gear push sheath (52) and a second gear push sheath (54). Firstly, the first gear push sheath (52) and the second gear push sheath (54) are pushed by the solvent bottle (3) and slide to the solute bottle (1) together, so as to cause the first end of the needle (6) to be located on and communicate with the solute bottle (1). Then being pushed further by the solvent bottle (3), both the push sheaths rotate relatively. Lastly, the second gear push sheath (54) slides relative to the first gear push sheath (52) and causes the second end of the needle (6) to communicate with the solvent bottle (3).

    • An automatic injection powder mixing device includes a solute bottle (1), a solvent bottle (3), a push unit (5) and a needle (6). The push unit (5) includes a rotary sheath (51), a first gear push sheath (52) and a second gear push sheath (53). The second gear push sheath (53) can be rotated with the rotary sheath (51), and the first gear push sheath (52) can move relative to the rotary sheath (51). The second gear push sheath (53) is convexly provided with an ascending slope (532) at the lower end. The first gear push sheath (52) is convexly provided with a descending slope (522) and concavely provided with a switch groove (521), which is below the descending slope (521) and can receive the ascending slope (532), at the upper end. The mixing steps of the mixing device are as following: a. rotating the rotary sheath (51) so as to drive the second gear push sheath (53) to rotate and make the ascending slope (532) have a downward thrust, the thrust driving the first gear sheath (52) to move down so as to make the lower end of the needle (6) lead to and locate in the solute bottle (1); b. rotating the rotary sheath (51) until the ascending slope (532) of the second gear push sheath (53) falls into the switch groove (521), the solvent bottle (3) moving down so as to make the upper end of the needle (6) lead to the solvent bottle (3); c. detaching the syringe body (2), the syringe body (2) and the needle (6) thereon constituting a syringe.
