摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus of treating an exhaust gas, which can reduce further SO 3 contained in the exhaust gas without enlarging a wet type electric dust collector. SOLUTION: The apparatus has a dust collector 6 collecting ash dust in combustion exhaust gas of a boiler 2, wet desulfurization equipment 8 removing sulfur oxides from the exhaust gas discharged from the dust collector 6 by using a desulfurization agent slurry, and the wet type electric dust collector 9 collecting mist from the exhaust gas discharged from the wet desulfurization equipment 8. 摘要： CO2回収率が低下することがなく、水銀成分が、脱硫装置出口排ガスとともに大気中に飛散することがない脱硫装置と該脱硫装置を用いる燃焼システムを提供するものであり、脱硫装置の吸収液6は循環ポンプ5により吸収液溜め部11から吸引され、スプレノズル4を通じて脱硫吸収部26へ噴射されており、吸収液溜め部11では攪拌機10により、主に水封管7の壁面外側を循環しているため脱硫吸収部26から落下して水封管7に流入する吸収液6の流れが上側から下側に向けて一方向に流れ、気泡が上昇しにくいため、吸収液中で生成する亜硫酸の酸化用ガス27が脱硫装置出口排ガス2に混入するのを防止し、脱硫処理後の排ガスからCO2回収装置17で回収するCO2濃度が低下しなく、高効率なCO2回収ができ、燃焼排ガス中の水銀は、脱硫装置3の吸収液に吸収され、大気中に直接放出されることがない。

摘要：排ガス浄化用の吸収剤スラリにより吸収、除去する比較的小口径の吸収部19と、該吸収部19から流下する吸収剤スラリを一時的に貯留する比較的大口径のタンク部13からなる吸収塔4のタンク部13と吸収部19とを円錐部20で接合する。円錐部20に入口煙道3を設けることで、円錐部20の上部からスプレヘッダ8までの距離が短くなるので、吸収塔4の高さを低くすることができ、吸収剤スラリの液滴が降下している吸収部19まで入口煙道3の先端を延長することで、入口煙道3を通過した温度の高いボイラ等からの排ガス1は円錐部20の周囲を通過するので円錐部20に安価な材質のものを使用できる。
