At the abutting surface part 113a of the core die 103, a recessed shape part 115 corresponding to the terminal part of the pad 13 is recessed so as to be continuous with the seal surface part 111a. A die molding surface 107a of a second cavity die 107 is continuous with the outer side edge 115a of the recessed shape part 115 of the core die 103 in the die closing state.
