    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfusion pump apparatus accurately managing the injection amount of a liquid medicine by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The transfusion pump apparatus 1 for injecting the liquid medicine enclosed in a liquid medicine container 2 into the body of a patient 3 is provided with a pump 4 to be intermittently driven to pressurize and discharge the liquid medicine, a transfusion tube 5 through which the liquid medicine passes, and a discharge side pressure sensor 7 for detecting the pressure of a discharge side tube part 27b arranged more on the discharge side than the pump 4 of the transfusion tube 5. Also, the transfusion pump apparatus 1 is provided with a control section for detecting the residual pressure of the discharge side tube part 27b after the lapse of prescribed time from the time of detecting the maximum pressure of the discharge side tube part 27b when the pump 4 is intermittently driven on the basis of an output result from the discharge side pressure sensor 7 and performing prescribed processing on the basis of the detected result of the residual pressure.
