    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment agent, a treatment method, and a treatment device for exhibiting excellent dephosphorizing, decoloring, and disinfecting effects, while having an effect on sludge treatment, in treating organic sewage discharged from a livestock barn such as a cowhouse and a hogpen or organic sewage discharged from a food factory or the like.SOLUTION: The disinfectant for dephosphorizing/decoloring organic sewage is composed of an aggregate of amorphous calcium silicate hydrate containing slaked lime, is used for removing phosphorus contained in wastewater produced after the organic sewage is biologically treated, decoloring and disinfecting the wastewater, and further accelerates sedimentation thickening of sludge generated in the biological treatment. In the method and device for treating the organic sewage, the dephosphorizing/decoloring disinfectant is input into the wastewater produced after biologically treating the organic sewage so as to produce sedimentation including the phosphorus contained in the wastewater, the deposition is separated into liquid and solid substance to thereby decolor the wastewater while removing the phosphorus. The method and device exhibit disinfecting effect and an effect of accelerating sedimentation and thickening of the generated sludge. A component derived from the dephosphorizing/decoloring disinfectant remaining in the generated sludge is used as a fertilizer component.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water quality monitoring device capable of acquiring precisely a treating state, and showing surely treating performance, in a waste water disposal facility aiming at organic waste water. SOLUTION: An excessive amount of sample waste water is supplied into a water feeder 20 whose water level is adjusted, and a part of the water is dropped down, and an excessive portion is discharged from an outflow port through a discharge means 28. A delivery port 26 wherein the water pressure is kept constant forms a 'nozzle', and the shape of the dropping water forms a stable 'water column', and passes a space of an inspection section 40. Each beam is generated successively from each light emitting diode (LED) 50 in three colors of R, G and B, and each beam is directly transmitted through the center of the 'water column' in the inspection section space, and received by a light receiving part photosensor 60, and a recording part 62 is allowed to function by the light receiving quantity and known data. Each water quality property such as each concentration, each chromaticity or color tone of SS, BOD and ammonia nitrogen can be acquired simultaneously from a change of absorbance.
