    • PURPOSE: A reinforcing-coupling structure of a steel pipe pile head and a concrete floor slab is provided to improve the binding strength of a pile and a foundation by a fastener having a connecting bar, to prevent the slide of a pile by a fixing bar and to have the stable bearing strength against external force by a fastener and the filled concrete. CONSTITUTION: The reinforcing-coupling structure of a steel pipe pile head and a concrete floor slab comprises the steps of coupling a fastener(10) having many connecting bars(14,14') on the upper end of a steel pipe pile(1) and coupling a steel pipe pile(1) and a concrete floor slab. The steel pipe pile(1) is provided with many fitting holes(2,2'), and the fastener(10) comprises the steps of erecting many vertical fixing bars(12,12') on the upper side of an isolation plate(11), erecting many connecting bars(14,14') to the inside of a fixing coil(13) radially, coupling the end of the vertical fixing bars(12,12') and the fixing coil(13), and inserting additional fixing bars(3,3') into the fitting holes(2,2') of the steel pipe pile(1), then placing the fixing coil(13) of the fastener(10) inserted into the front of the steel pipe pile(1) to couple the concrete floor slab, the steel pipe pile(1) and the fastener(10) firmly.

    • PURPOSE: A reinforcing-coupling structure of a concrete pile head and a concrete floor slab is provided to heighten the binding strength between a pile and a foundation using a reinforcing bar and a fastener, to prevent the shear transformation of a pile using a fixing bar and a coupler, to have stable bearing strength against external force using many reinforcing bars, fastener and filled concrete, to shorten a period of construction by forming filled concrete in the appointed depth using an isolation plate without filling up a pile with soils, and to extend the life of a structure by retarding the corrosion of various reinforcing bars by intercepting the underground water completely using an isolation plate. CONSTITUTION: The reinforcing-coupling structure of a concrete pile head and a concrete floor slab comprises the steps of welding studs(3,3') to each steel wire(2,2') exposed to a cutting plane of a concrete pile(1), then screwing couplers(4,4'), coupling reinforcing bars(5,5') to the couplers(4,4'), inserting a fastener(10) composed of many connecting bars(12,12') which are erected vertically on an isolation plate(11) by a fixing coil to the upper inside of the concrete pile(1), placing fixing bars(13,13') crossing a fixing coil of the fastener(10) on the upper side of the concrete pile(1), fixing the fastener(10) on the front of the concrete pile(1) and placing a concrete floor slab.
