    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing concrete is provided to improve impact resistance while reducing plastic shrinkage cracks using cellulose fiber. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing concrete to improve impact resistance comprises the steps of: cutting cellulose fiber and mixing with water to make the mixture in a slurry state; mixing 0.02-0.2 weight% of cellulose fiber slurry with 100 weight% of concrete; and injecting aggregates, cement, mixing water, and cellulose fiber slurry in a mixer in order and mixing them for15-120 seconds to allow the cellulose fiber to be dispersed inside the concrete.

    • A concrete pump primer is provided to decrease blockage due to friction between concrete and the pipe in a pump car for facilitating concrete casting and to obtain an eco-friendly substitute for the existing cement paste or mortar. A concrete pump primer comprises 70-80% by weight of sodium carbonate, 7-15% by weight of melamine, 1-5% by weight of citric acid, 7-15% by weight of polyacrylamide and 1-5% by weight of methylcellulose. The polyacrylamide is pulverized for facilitating dissolution. The concrete pump primer powder obtained from mixing the ingredients is dissolved in water to obtain conjugated solution, and the conjugated solution containing the primer is applied in the pipe of a pump car at the earliest time of concrete casting. The applied pump primer forms priming layer on the inner wall of the pump car, which inhibits accumulation of concrete due to the friction between the pipe and the existing concrete remains which absorb water from the concrete. The applied pump primer also sweeps out the existing concrete remains by means of pressure from concrete casting.
