摘要： A portable storage medium for storing and using DRM contents, and a method and a system for implementing the same are provided to prevent illegal copy of encrypted digital contents like a digital album by safely storing a portable device certificate and right information for the encrypted digital information based on PKI. A portable device(200) downloads and plays the contents encrypted by DRM. The portable storage medium(100) includes a memory storing the contents encrypted by the DRM and the right information for the encrypted contents. The portable storage medium verities a PKI-based certificate received from the portable device, generates a session key for forming a communication channel with the portable device, and encrypts/transmits the session key to the portable device. The portable device encrypts the right information by using the session key and transmits the encrypted right information to the portable storage medium. The portable storage medium decrypts the right information by using the session key, encrypts the decrypted right information by using a card key of the portable storage medium, and stores the encrypted right information to the memory.

摘要： Portable memory media for recording and using contents to which DRM(Digital Rights Management) is applied are provided to prevent illegal copying of digital contents encrypted by the DRM such as a digital album by recording and using the contents encrypted by the DRM and information relating thereto in the portable memory media. Portable memory media includes an interface driver(110), a power sensing unit(120), a control unit(140), a register(130), a memory interface unit(150), and a memory(160). The interface driver allows the portable memory media and a host device to be physically connected to each other. The power sensing unit supplies power to the portable memory media by sensing the power when connecting the host device and the portable memory media to each other through the interface driver. The control unit engages in communication with the host device, authentication, and encryption/decoding. The memory interface stores contents and right information or transmits the stored data to the control unit. The portable memory media and the host device authenticate each other by a predetermined authentication unit.
