    • PURPOSE: A system and method for managing a ship are provided to determine the dock, undock, and emergency situation of the chip through pairing between a fixed terminal and a mobile terminal by installing a navigation information transceiver terminal on the ship. CONSTITUTION: A fixed terminal(11) and a movable terminal(12) are driven based on pairing. A base station(2) communicates with a navigation information transceiver terminal(1). The fixed terminal generates ship information including the location information and the ID of the fixed terminal and transmits the received information to the movable terminal by receiving navigation information including weather information, dangerous area information, an emergency message, and a broadcast message. The base station receives the ship information and the pairing information between the fixed terminal and the movable terminal, manages the dock, undock, and emergency situation of the ship. The base station generates navigation information and transmits the navigation information to the fixed terminal.

    • A wireless bus stop bell system is provided to prevent the accident of occurring in the city bus by pressing the getting off bell which is the wireless system. An accepting station(20) receives the signal from a wireless getting off bell(10). The accepting station is installed next the driver. The wireless getting off bell comprises a button portion(1), a lamp part(2), a radio frequency(3), a controller(4) and a power supply unit(5). The button portion is pushed by a passenger. The lamp part generates the light according to the signal of the button portion. The radio frequency forms the mobile network. Controller senses the pressing state of button and performs the control action for emitting the light from the lamp part.
