摘要： PURPOSE: A vaccine composition for raising fishes is provided to induce strong immune response and to persistently release drug without eutrophication. CONSTITUTION: A vaccine composition for raising fishes comprises: a nanolipsome containing glyceryl cocoate/citrate/lactate of structural formula 1, oil ingredient, high quality alcohol and aqueous ingredient; and an antibacterial material. In structural formula 1, R is alkyl group of C12-16. The antibacterial material is Streptococcus iniae. A vaccine composition for preventing cancers comprises the nanosome form of immunomodulator and an antigenic material. Further, the cancers are prostaic cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, cancer of the esophagus, laryngeal cancer and bladder cancer.
