    • 본발명은잠금장치와잠금장치가이용되는행거에있어서, 강판재의특정기하학적구조와탄성을이용하여추가적인구성없이도잠금장치의구현이가능하고, 간단한조작에의해시건할수 있어서작업효율을극대화하기위한고정핀없는잠금장치및 이를이용한행거에관한것이다. 이를위하여삽입홀을포함하는암체결부; 및후크형태로구성되고, 암체결부와제1방향으로어긋난상태로삽입홀에삽입되어제2방향으로슬라이딩되면서후크가암체결부의일측에체결되는수체결부;를포함하고, 수체결부가삽입홀에삽입되면제2방향으로탄성력이작용되며, 고정핀이나스프링을포함하지않고, 탄성력에의해체결되는잠금장치가제공될수 있다. 이에따르면체결장치의기하학적형상과강판재자체에서발생하는탄성을활용하여잠금이수행되므로, 볼트와너트(개당약 60원) 또는고정핀(개당약 40원)과같은별도의로커가배제되는효과가발생된다.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a microbial preparation using plant parastic soil nematophagous microorganism, Arthrobotrys sp. (KCTC 8992P) which is useful as a natural enemy of soil nematodes and can be applied to insecticides. CONSTITUTION: The microbial preparation is composed of 1-100 part by weight of Arthrobotrys sp. biomass based on 1000 part by weight of a pharmaceutical excipient which comprises defatted bran, silkworm powder and zeolite in a mixing ratio of 4-6:1:8-12. The plant parastic soil nematophagous microorganism, Arthrobotrys sp. (KCTC 8992P), is obtained by the steps of: sieving soil with a 1.0 mm sieve; suspending sieved soil with sterilized distilled water; centrifuging suspended solution and separating supernatant and precipitates; inoculating the precipitates on a corn meal 2 agar medium and culturing at 25 deg.C for 24 hours; adding 200-300 plant parastic nematophagous microorganisms thereto then culturing them at 25 deg.C for 7 days with aseptic culture technique to form spores of the plant parastic soil nematophagous microorganism; transplanting the spores to another corn meal 2 agar medium followed by culturing them; and re-culturing the culture with pure-culture technique, wherein a medium therefor is prepared by mixing 1.0-3.0 wt.% of peptone; 1.0-3.0 wt.% of beef-extract; 0.5-1.5 wt.% of yeast extract; 4.0-7.0 wt.% of glucose; 0.02-0.05 wt.% of KH2PO4; 0.003-0.008 wt.% of MgSO4; 0.003-0.008 wt.5 of KCl; and a balance of distilled water, and its pH is adjusted to pH 5-7 by using NH4OH.
