    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing high strength and low temperature sintered ceramic is provided to secure the high sintering density and the high intensity at low sintering temperature by implementing a sintering process at low temperature of 1000 to 1400 degrees Celsius without the growth of grain. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing thigh strength and low temperature sintered ceramic includes the following: Alumina, water, a binder, and a dispersing agent are mixed to obtain slurry. The purity of the alumina is more than or equal to 99.99 wt%. The slurry is shaped using a slip casting method, a doctor blade method, a cold isostatic pressing method, or a hot isostatic pressing method. The shaped slurry is thermally treated at temperature between 800 and 1500 degrees Celsius for 1 to 10 hours.
