    • The present invention relates to an all-in-one microscopic device for cultivating and observing primo-microcells and, more specifically, to an all-in-one microscopic device for cultivating and observing primo-microcells which includes a cultivation box with the open front surface and the top having a hole; a light source which is installed inside the cultivation box; a microscope which is inserted into the hole of the top of the cultivation box; a light source control device which controls the intensity of the light source; a temperature sensor which is positioned on a stage of the microscope; a blocking film which covers an object lens and the stage of the microscope; and a temperature displaying electronic panel which displays the temperature measured by the temperature sensor. According to the present invention, the all-in-one microscopic device for cultivating and observing primo-microcells can control and provide a basic physical environment which promotes the cultivation of primo-microcells; can observe primo-microcells on a real time basis; facilitates the introduction of additional experimental variables henceforward by the simple configuration of the device; and can obtain the high-quality result of an experiment in respect to physical-biological properties of micro particles such as primo-microcells and stem cells at low costs.

    • PURPOSE: A visualization method of a primo vascular system in brain and spine is provided to obtain a composition for visualizing a primo vascular system in a central nervous system. CONSTITUTION: A composition for visualizing primo vessel or primo node in a central nervous system contains 0.01-10%(w/v) of alcian blue denoted by chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient. The composition visualizes primo vessel or primo node by injection into lateral ventricle. A method for visualizing primo vessel or primo node in the central nervous system comprises a step of applying alcian blue on the surface of pia mater in mammalian brain or spine exclusive of humans or injecting the composition into lateral ventricle.
