    • PURPOSE: A conjugate of siRNA and polymeric compounds is provided to effectively deliver siRNA into cells and to improve stability of siRNA in vivo. CONSTITUTION: A conjugate has survivin-specific siRNA of structural formula(A-X-R-Y-B) and polymeric compounds. In the structural formula, one of A and B is hydrophilic polymeric compounds; the other is hydrophobic polymeric compounds. A single strand of the siRNA has 19-31 nucleotides and is selected from bases of sequence numbers 1-4. A nanoparticle contains a surviving-specific siRNA conjugate. A composition contains the surviving-specific siRNA conjugate as a pharmaceutically active ingredient.
