    • PURPOSE: A process of preparing biodegradable nano-particle preparation by ionic bonding of calcitonin and fatty acid and then formulating into the shape of a nano-particle is provided. Therefore, the improvement in solubility to an organic solvent improves thermal stability of calcitonin and a permeation rate through CaCo 2 cells. CONSTITUTION: A hydrophobic complex is synthesized by ionic bonding of calcitonin and fatty acid, the obtained calcitonin-fatty acid complex and a biodegradable polymer are dissolved in an organic solvent and then dispersed in a specified dispersion medium to produce a nano-particle included with calcitonin. The fatty acid is at least one selected from the group consisting of oleic acid, deoxycholic acid, DHA, linoleic acid, lauric acid and DMPG and the biodegradable polymer is at least one selected from a polyester-based polymer and polymethacylic acid-based polymer.
