    • PURPOSE: A composition for pastering an ondol floor is provided to allow environment-friendlyness, an excellent workability at the construction, and excellent compressive strength and resistance against shrinkage deformation after the construction by mixing a dry mortar composition using industrial byproducts and a constructability enhancer. CONSTITUTION: A composition for plastering an ondol floor is a mixture of a dry mortar composition and a constructability enhancer. The dry mortar composition is formed of a blast furnace slag micropowder, cogeneration fly ash, incinerated paper mill sludge ash, gypsum, and sand. The dry mortar composition includes 3.0 to 15.0wt% of the blast furnace slag micropowder, 10.0 to 40.0wt% of the cogeneration fly ash, 3.0 to 10.0wt% of the incinerated paper mill sludge ash, 0.5 to 2.5wt% of the gypsum, and 50.0 to 80.0wt% of the sand. 0.05 to 0.15wt% of the constructability enhancer based on a weight of the dry mortar composition is mixed. The constructability enhancer comprises 70.0 to 90.0 wt% of superplasticizer and 10.0 to 30.0wt% of a retarder. The superplasticizer is at least one of a polycarboxylic acid based superplasticizer, a naphthalyene based superplasticizer, a lignin based superplasticizer, and a melamine based superplasticizer. The retarder is at least one of a boron retarder and a phosphoric acid retarder.

    • A semi-automatic self-leveling wet finishing mortar is provided to obtain moisture control, deodorizing, anti-bacterial function, far-infrared ray radiation and electromagnetic wave protection in mortar by introducing charcoal and elvan for the composition. A semi-automatic self-leveling wet finishing mortar comprises finishing mortar powder and liquid in a ratio of 100:15 by weight, the mortar powder comprises 15.094-22.9% by weight of normal Portland cement, 65.094-72.9% by weight of elvan aggregates, 0.5-1% by weight of charcoal powder, 0.05-1% by weight of expandable calcium sulfoaluminate, 0.1-1% by weight of hard-burned lime, 0.5-5% by weight of fly ash, 0.5-3% by weight of furnace slag, 0.001-0.005% by weight of starch thickener as an underwater concrete stabilizer, 0.0005-0.001% by weight of polyethylene oxide as an inhibitor against instant-drying of surface(moisturizer) and 0.1-1% by weight of cellulose fiber which has 1,500,000 particles per gram as an anti-cracking fiber, and the liquid comprises 0.2-1% by weight of polycarbonic antiplasticizer and 99-99.8% by weight of purified water. The wet finishing mortar is placed on an On-Dol(Korean underfloor heating) structure of skyscraper apartment or architecture by grouting method.

CONSTITUTION: A non-chloride-based liquefied deicing composition comprises 20-60 weight% of organic acid salt generated by adding acetic acid and/or formic acid in a sludge powder obtained by heating and grinding sludge generated during a manufacturing process of sodium aluminate; 0.1-3.0 weight% of an effective microorganism group for preventing recrystallization of the organic acid salt; 1-5 weight% of an alkali compound generated as a byproduct of manufacturing a high performance water-reducing agent for concrete; and residual water. The effective microorganism is selected from a group consisting of photosynthetic bacteria, yeast, availability actinomyces, and aspergillus germ.
