    • Data communication devices, methods, and systems are discussed in this application. In one embodiment, a receiving apparatus generally comprises a detector, an indicator, and a decision device. The detector can detect a number of data streams contained in a signal received on a single physical channel. Detection can be made by comparing a received signal with one or more predetermined sequences and identifying one or more of the plural predetermined sequences as being likely contained within the received signal. Each data stream can be associated with at least one predetermined sequences. The indicator can provide an indication of the data streams likely contained in the signal based on the identified sequences. A decision device can provide data defining a receiver configuration based on the indication, the receiver configuration being suitable for configuring a decoder to decode only the one or more data streams indicated as being likely contained in the signal. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and discussed.

    • The invention provides a method and system for the wireless terminal radiation performance test based on a data mode, and wherein, the method comprises: building a human body model, in which the upper limb of the model holds the device under test at a predefined distance in front of the head of the model; taking the antenna of the device under test as the origin to build a spherical coordinate and selecting a testing point in the spherical coordinate; placing the model under the circumstance of a full-anechoic chamber, enabling the device under test to work in a data mode, and collecting the total radiated power at the testing point in the spherical placement system using the testing antenna, so as to obtain the total radiated power of the device under test. Through using the invention, the performance effect of human body coupling on the mobile terminal in a data mode could be reflected truly. It has higher authenticity and is easy to use.

    • The present invention discloses a method for controlling pilot power of an HNB, comprising: initializing the HNB and setting up communication connection between the HMB and a mobile terminal user, and further comprising: determining a setting type of a current data communication service; increasing current pilot power when the current data communication service is of a first type and a current SNR is less than a predetermined threshold; and reducing the current pilot power when the current data communication service is of a second type and the current SNR is more than or equal to the predetermined threshold. The present invention further provides a system for controlling pilot power of an HNB, which can rationally distribute pilot power resources.

    • The present patent application improves DARP by allowing multiple users on one time slot (MUROS). It comprises means, instructions and steps for combining two signals.
