    • The invention discloses a biological formaldehyde-free adhesive, a biological composite material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of formaldehyde-free adhesive preparation. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out solid-liquid separation on vinasse, extracting supernate from the liquid part, and concentrating to obtain the biological formaldehyde-free adhesive. The vinasse is subjected to solid-liquid separation by utilizing a separation and extraction technology, and the liquid part containing a large amount of water-based protein in the vinasse is extracted and concentrated to produce the natural biological formaldehyde-free adhesive. The preparation process of the biological formaldehyde-free adhesive does not need crushing and drying processes, and the biological formaldehyde-free adhesive can be prepared by directly concentrating the separated liquid part containing the water-based protein. The biological formaldehyde-free adhesive is high in adhesion, high in water resistance, low in cost, high in solid content and easy to popularize on artificial boards in a large scale. As the raw materials are biological fermentation byproducts, the raw materials are low-carbon, environment-friendly and sustainable, and the method has important economic and social benefits for energy conservation and emission reduction of artificial boards and the whole industry chain.
