    • Apparatus and methods are provided to detect radio link failure in a NR access system. In one novel aspect, the radio link failure is detected upon detection of one or more radio link failure conditions on the serving beam. In one embodiment, the physical layer problem is considered as detected when one or more predefined events occur for a number of consecutive times on the serving beam. In another embodiment, the UE further considers potential recoveries to avoid frequent triggering of the radio link failure condition. In one embodiment, the UE performs the initial alignment procedure to recover the connection. In one embodiment, UE performs the initial alignment procedure without performing radio link recovery on the serving beam. In one embodiment, UE performs the initial alignment procedure after performing radio link recovery on the serving beam. In another embodiment, the UE selects one or more beams for initial beam alignment; each satisfies one or more predefined criterion.

    • An apparatus and a method are provided to configure two-tier identifiers for serving cells of a user equipment (UE) configured with inter-eNB carrier aggregation (CA). In one novel aspect, cell group identifiers are configured. The cell group identifier is a super set of one or more uplink group identifiers which are associated with serving cells served by the same base station. In one embodiment, different MAC entities are associated with different cell group identifiers. The UE performs uplink alignment, monitoring and management procedures linking to the cell group identifier. In another novel aspect, a group timing advance group (TAG), which is a super set identifier of one or more cell TAGs associated with serving cells served by the same base station, is configured. In another embodiment, the UE performs uplink alignment procedure based on the status of the group TAG, which is determined based on the status of the cell TAGs associated with the group TAG.

    • The present invention discloses a media transmission method, media reception method, client and system thereof. The media reception method includes the following steps: receiving a media presentation description which comprises video Three Dimensional (3D) format description information; selecting a presentation according to the 3D format description information, and transmitting, according to the fragment information contained in the media presentation description, a fragment acquirement request to the server corresponding to the selected presentation, wherein the fragment acquirement request is used for obtaining the selected presentation fragment; receiving the fragment requested by the fragment acquirement request. The present invention solves the problem in the prior art that a receiver can only receive the 3D format description information long after it starts the media reception, and thereby the time for the client to determine the 3D format used in the video in the transmitting media is shortened.

    • Provided herein are urine progenitor cells and methods for producing a culture of urine progenitor cells from a urine sample. The cells may be selected based upon the use of a selective cell medium, based upon morphology, and/or by selecting cell-specific markers. Also provided is an isolated urine progenitor cell that is c-kit positive and can differentiate into urothelium, smooth muscle, endothelium or interstitial cells. Methods of use of urine progenitor cells are provided, wherein cell are seeded onto a tissue scaffold are provided. Methods of treating a subject in need thereof are also provided, including providing a bladder tissue substrate that includes differentiated UPCs and transplanting the substrate into the patient. Finally, kits are provided that include a container suitable for the transport of a urine sample; media; one or more antibiotics; a package for holding said container, media, and antibiotics; and optionally, instructions for use.
