The wish listing member 4 is prayed in advance at the shrine, and wishes can be freely written by spreading the wish listing member 4. A cylindrical supporting body 10 is provided in the case 2, and the rounded wish listing member 4 is inserted in the supporting body 10. Thus, the wish listing member 4 is surely supported by the supporting body 10.
