SOLUTION: To sense alcohol included in expiration in a space from a driver seat to a support column before the driver seat, a sensor of carbon dioxide which is a main component of expiration and a sensor for detecting alcohol in the expiration are installed. When the driver gets in the vehicle, alcohol in the expiration of the driver is automatically sensed. When alcohol is detected, by making the driver exhale to the measuring device, the alcohol amount is measured. When the alcohol amount exceeds the reference value, start of the engine is prohibited.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that: conventionally, there have been scattering-bait cages each in which scattering baits and a bait-attached fishhook are held together; by a sinker and wires, the sinker is automatically moved underwater to effect the cage's turning upside down; and there have been cages for throwing far away where; when thrown far away, under a float, the upper part of the cage floats up by the force of an included foam to effect making a gap between the upper and lower parts; however, either kind of the cages has weight sensation; and it is desired that, in e.g. fishing black sea breams, scattering baits are low in deadweight, delicate and usable as an underwater float as well. SOLUTION: A scattering bait cage is provided, being such that: the upper part front rim of a cage either made of synthetic resin wires or made by molding processing is attached with a small-sized sinker and the bottom of the cage is attached with a small-sized foam giving buoyancy; both ends at the center of the top rim are suspended with a support tool; at the same time of the cage's splashdown, it turns upside down. Thus, the scattering bait cage is of such type as, mainly, to sink by taking advantage of the deadweight of the scattering baits. This scattering bait cage is small in resistance underwater and deadweight, enables a float with nearly zero buoyancy to be used, and functions as an underwater buoy as well, therefore enabling a fishhook with minimally needed quantities of scattering baits and/or other baits to be delivered to a tidal current at a considerable depth set by a buoy for fish biting.
