摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and quickly dry drying object by extensively developing the drying object over nearly whole surfaces of both a diffusing placing plate and a gathering placing plate while breaking up the drying object into pieces to increase both a development surface area and a specific surface area of the drying object. SOLUTION: The drying object 5 falling onto a plate center part of the diffusing placing plate 8 from above is received on the diffusing placing plate 8, is diffused and moved from the plate center part toward a plate periphery part by a diffusion operation means 9 while forming the drying object 5 in a nearly spiral strip state by the diffusion operation means 9, and is made to fall from a peripheral part fall port 10. The drying object 5 falling onto a plate periphery part of the gathering placing plate 11 from above is received on the gathering placing plate 11, is gathered and moved from the plate periphery part toward a plate center part by a gathering operation means 12 while forming the drying object 5 in a nearly spiral strip state by the gathering operation means 12, and is made to fall from a center part fall port 13.
