    • An access authentication method for multiple devices and platforms. Upon receipt of a multiple access request, a source device that has initially registered a user account to a subscribed site requests an authentication key for a target device to a server of the subscribed site, the target device receives an access authentication request together with an authentication key from the source device, when the source device receives the authentication key from an account authentication system, the authentication key being generated in response to an authentication key request from the subscribed site server by the account authentication system, the subscribed site server determines whether there is the registered user account and performs access authentication with the account authentication system, upon receipt of the authentication key from the target device, and the target device receives an access authentication completion notification from the subscribed site server, when the access authentication is completed.

    • A smart key monitoring system for a vehicle comprises: a first LF output antenna which transmits an authentication low frequency (LF) signal within a preset distance from a portion of one side of the vehicle; an RF receiver which is installed in a portion of the vehicle and receives an authentication response radio frequency (RF) signal generated by a smart key in response to the authentication LF signal; and a monitoring controller which performs the authentication of the authentication response RF signal received by the RF receiver, receives a request signal for unlocking a first door provided on one side of the vehicle for which the authentication succeeds from an unlock sensor of the first door, and delivers the unlock request signal to a door unlock controller.

    • A wafer drying method includes submerging a wafer in a cleaning solution in a dry chamber. An organic liquid vapor from an organic liquid is supplied into the dry chamber at a first volumetric supply rate to form an organic liquid layer on a surface of the cleaning solution, the organic liquid layer having at least a prescribed concentration of the organic liquid. The organic liquid vapor is supplied into the dry chamber at a second volumetric supply rate that is lower than the first volumetric supply rate. During and/or following the supplying of the organic liquid vapor into the dry chamber, at least a portion of the wafer is removed from the cleaning solution through the organic liquid layer.
