摘要： A golf club head made of a hollow metal comprising a face and a body, wherein at least the face is made of a rapidly solidified Al-based alloy having a high strength, high elasticity and light weight. This golf club head makes it possible to stroke a ball without elastic deformation of its face and also to fly the ball farther with the initial speed thereof maintained, by using the Al-based alloy at least in the face. In addition, the use of the Al-based alloy makes it possible to form a large head and a long shaft so that balls can be stroked to fly over a long carry in an accurate direction.

摘要： A hybridoma capable of producing a monoclonal antibody specific to a sialic acid containing glycolipid carrying N-acetylneuraminic acid residue having alpha 2.fwdarw.3 linkage is herein disclosed. The hybridoma can be generated by fusing (i) B cells or lymphocytes obtained by immunizing an animal with a sialic acid containing glycolipid carrying N-acetylneuraminic acid residue having alpha 2.fwdarw.3 linkage and (ii) myeloma cells. The monoclonal antibody produced by the hybridoma can be used for purifying gangliosides, for treating patients suffering from melanoma and for diagnosing sera.

When the valve timing control device is in a high revolution state, a weight is pivoted by centrifugal force caused by the rotation. This allows a projection at the weight to be detected by the cam sensor. In this case, for each rotation of the valve timing control device, the projection of the weight passes the detectable position of the cam sensor and a pulse is generated in a cam signal to be transmitted from the cam sensor to an ECU.

The billets obtained by the above process can be easily subjected to plastic working to provide worked articles having with excellent mechanical characteristics, such as high strength and high hardness, without deteriorating the properties of the starting powder materials.
