摘要： A static pressure non-contact type mechanical seal that exhibits and maintains a high sealing function or performance for a prolonged period even when sealing gases containing foreign matter such as oil. A labyrinth seal (7) comprising a plurality of annular grooves (71) and annular plates (72) extending into the grooves is provided, the labyrinth seal partitioning a region C on the outside diameter side of the seal faces (31, 41) in the seal case (2) from the inside region A of a gas treatment machine (1). The seal case is provided with a return passage (8) communicating with the bottom portions of the annular grooves 71 and opening into the inside region A of the machine. The seal case also includes a purge gas feed passage for supplying purge gas to the region C on the outside diameter side of the seal faces, the purge gas pressure being higher than that in the inside region. A foreign matter recovery passage (101) is also provided in the seal case, the recovery passage opening into the region C on the outside diameter side of the seal faces and communicating with a foreign matter recovery tank (103) maintained under the same pressure as the region C.

摘要： Cryogenic liquefying/refrigerating method and system, wherein temperature of gas-to-be-liquefied at the inlet of the compressor for compressing the gas is reduced by cooling the gas discharged from the compressor using a high-efficiency chemical refrigerating machine and vapor compression refrigerating machine before the gas is introduced to a multiple stage heat exchanger thereby reducing power input to the compressor and improving liquefying/refrigerating efficiency. Gas-to-be-liquefied compressed by a compressor is cooled by aftercooler, and further cooled by an adsorption refrigerating machine which utilizes waste heat generated in the compressor and by an ammonia refrigerating machine 40, then the high pressure gas is introduced to a multiple-stage heat exchanger where it is cooled by low pressure low temperature gas separated from a mixture of liquid and gas generated by adiabatically expanding the high pressure gas through an expansion valve 30 and returning to the compressor, and a portion of the high pressure gas is expanded adiabatically by expansion turbines in mid-course of flowing of the high pressure gas through the stages of the heat exchanger to be joined with the low pressure low temperature gas returning to the compressor.

The bearing oil supply system is a closed circuit oil supply system comprising an oil supply tank, an oil cooler, and an oil supply pump, and the temperature control oil supply system is a closed circuit oil supply system comprising an oil separator and an oil cooler.
