SOLUTION: This two-dimensional plane cutting machine is constituted so that the tube is rotated in a certain position without slipping on a non-slip sheet whenever a table is moved and the traveling length of the table and the length of the circumference of the rotating tube become equal when a plate on which the non-slip sheet is pasted is fixed on a working table, a tube to be machined is placed on the plate and held between the bearings which are attached on fittings fixed to an immovable structure from both sides of the tube so that the tube is not moved in parallel. The three-dimensional machining of the tube can also be applied by utilizing this principle.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily put a wet compress on the back and the lumbar by forming the back of underwear of a long mesh fabric and sticking the wet compress to the underwear.SOLUTION: A conventional fabric for the underwear is used for the front face of underwear, and a mesh fabric is attached to the back face thereof. A bottom of the back face is formed longer sufficient to hide the lumber such that the wet compress is stuck to the lumbar part. A vertical line is formed at a center of the back, and horizontal lines are formed at a central part of the back and a waist part. Marks are thus formed to facilitate the sticking of the wet compress. When using it, the wet compress is stuck to the back face of the underwear such that the wet compress is applied to a target part where a user wants to put it on and the underwear is worn on the bare skin.

摘要： A method of forming stacked electronic articles using a through substrate via (TSV) wafer includes mounting a first carrier wafer to a top side of the TSV wafer using a first adhesive material that has a first debonding temperature. The TSV wafer is thinned from a bottom side of the TSV wafer to form a thinned TSV wafer. A second carrier wafer is mounted to the bottom side of the TSV wafer using a second adhesive material that has a second debonding temperature that is higher as compared to the first debonding temperature. The thinned TSV wafer is heated to a temperature above the first debonding temperature to remove the first carrier wafer from the thinned TSV wafer. At least one singulated IC die is bonded to TSV die formed on the top surface of the thinned TSV wafer to form the stacked electronic article.
