    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatic harmonica which prevents that a sound is not made or the sound is suddenly made and can be comfortably played by a player by dissolving sticking of a valve due to dew condensation to be generated between the valve and a reed plate in performance at low environmental temperature.SOLUTION: A heat generator is brought into contact with a reed plate 5 of a chromatic harmonica 1, heat of the heat generator to be generated by heating the heat generator by a power source is transmitted to the reed plate 5, and temperature of the reed plate 5 is risen by heating. Thus, dew condensation is suppressed by reducing temperature difference between blown breath and the reed plate 5 by raising the temperature of the reed plate 5 approximately to a degree of body temperature. There are a method (external type) for making the heat generator into a U-shape, sandwiching an outer surface of the reed plate 5 from a bottom surface of the chromatic harmonica 1, and transmitting the heat of the heat generator from a contact surface to the reed plate 5, and a method (built-in type) for incorporating the heat generator inside a body, and raising the temperature of reed plate 5 by heating from an inner surface, etc.
