    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper device with a simple wiper arm driving or direction changing structure, which is capable of reducing the number of parts, lowering costs, and adequately coping even with a window surface, which is not plane, but slightly bent.
SOLUTION: When a rotary shaft 11 is rotated by a driving motor 14, a moving body 20 attached to the rotary shaft 11 is reciprocated in the axial direction of the rotary shaft by having an engagement section 21 guided by an endless helical groove 11a on the periphery of the rotary shaft 11. Along with the reciprocation of the moving body 20, a wiper arm 50 repeats parallel displacement in both forward and reverse directions so as to wipe out the window surface.

    • An energy conservation diagnosis system manages electrical device K which consumes electricity to operate based on control schedule information, and includes acquiring unit 14a, rule information generation unit 14b, operating determination unit 14c and display unit 12. Acquiring unit acquires operating information obtained by relating an operating condition of electrical device to a clock time. Rule information generation unit generates rule information by relating a rule on use of electrical device to a clock time, based on one or more predetermined time slots depending on a benefit of electricity consumed by electrical device. Operating determination unit acquires control schedule information of electrical device, and generates an image data by superimposing acquired control schedule information and rule information onto operating information so that each clock time is fitted to a clock time of operating information. Display unit displays the image data.

    • If it is determined that a brake pedal is pressed while an accelerator pedal is pressed, accelerator position limit control for bringing an accelerator position for engine control to a limit value corresponding to vehicle speed is performed, thereby securing safety at the time when both of the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal are pressed. If it is determined that the accelerator pedal is pressed after the brake pedal is pressed, the accelerator position limit control is prohibited, thereby responding to driver's intention to accelerate. If it is determined that the pressing of the brake pedal is cancelled during execution of the accelerator position limit control, accelerator position recovery control for returning the accelerator position for the engine control to an actual accelerator position is performed, thereby recovering normal running corresponding to the driver's intention to accelerate.
