摘要： Provided is a method and apparatus for producing silver nanoparticles in uniform shape and size using an electrolysis eco-friendly and in a simple way. The silver nanoparticles producing method includes the steps of: dissolving a reducing agent and an electrolyte into water in a reaction vessel to thereby prepare an electrolytic solution; placing a cathode rod that is made of a material different from that of silver nanoparticles to be obtained in the electrolytic solution so as to rotate in the reaction vessel, and placing at least one anode made of silver (Ag) at a certain distance from the cathode rod; ionizing the silver at the anode by an electrolysis in which direct-current (DC) power is applied between the cathode rod and the anode while rotating the cathode rod, so as to suppress silver crystallines on the surface of the cathode rod while stirring the electrolytic solution, to thereby form silver ions in the electrolytic solution; and reducing the silver ions by the reducing agent to thereby form the silver nanoparticles.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a method and apparatus for preparing metal nanoparticles using alternating current (AC) electrolysis, in which the yield of metal nanoparticles obtained can be greatly improved by maintaining the concentrations of a reducing agent and a dispersing agent at constant levels in proportion to the intensity of an electric current during the production of the metal nanoparticles. The method for preparing metal nanoparticles comprises the steps of: dissolving an electrolyte and a dispersing agent in pure water in a reactor to prepare an electrolytic solution; placing first and second electrodes apart from each other in the electrolytic solution in the reactor, the electrodes being made of the same material as metal nanoparticles to be obtained; applying alternating current at the first and second electrodes to ionize the metal of the first and second electrodes in the electrolytic solution; and introducing into the electrolytic solution a reducing agent so as to maintain the reducing agent at a constant level according to the concentration of metal ions produced, thereby reducing the metal ions to obtain the metal nanoparticles.

The plied silver yarn of the present invention uses, as a core yarn, any one of at least one strand of silver wire and fiber yarn made from natural fiber or synthetic fiber, and uses the other as winding yarn covering the core yarn, wherein said one strand of silver wire is produced by casting a silver alloy containing pure silver or copper into a wire rod through directional solidification, and making the wire rod into a microfiber having a diameter of 0.015 to 0.05 mm through a pulling process.

摘要： Provided are a magnetic sheet for use in a radio frequency identification (RFID) antenna, an RFID antenna including the magnetic sheet, and a method of manufacturing the magnetic sheet, in which the magnetic sheet includes an amorphous alloy selected from the group consisting of Fe—Si—B, Fe—Si—B—Cu—Nb, Fe—Zr—B and Co—Fe—Si—B. The magnetic sheet is made by laminating amorphous alloy ribbons made of an amorphous alloy between magnetic sheet layers formed of alloy powder including at least one amorphous alloy and then compression-molding the amorphous alloy ribbons, to thereby control microcrack of the amorphous alloy ribbons and enhance characteristic of an end-product. The magnetic sheet is also thin, and has an excellent magnetic permeability, and a simple manufacturing process.

The amorphous soft magnetic core having an excellent high-frequency characteristic is obtained by performing a preliminary thermal treatment of Fe-based amorphous metal ribbons produced by using RSP to then be converted into nano-scale grain metal ribbons, crushing the metal ribbons to thereby obtain nano-scale grain metal powders, classifying the nano-scale grain metal powders to then be mixed into a distribution of powder particles having an optimal uniform composition, mixing the mixed powder with a binder, and then forming a core, and annealing the formed core to then coat the core with an insulating resin.

The amorphous soft magnetic powders are obtained by crushing amorphous ribbons produced using a rapid solidification process (RSP).
